Mix­ing Eng­lish and Japan­ese entries may not be the best thing to do, but hope­fully, I will be able to resolve that point soon.

Prac­tice, prac­tice, practice.

Tom Peters’ book reads so much eas­ier in Japan­ese. The trans­la­tion sen­tences flow much smoother than the original.

But hey, although it may be kind of late, I am read­ing up Tom Peters now. Here’s some­thing I found inspir­ing in this morn­ing dur­ing my sub­way com­mute to work:

This is the age of intranets…the Internet…virtual organizations…wired-up orga­ni­za­tions. And yet…THEMISSING 95 PERCENTIS SOCIOLOGYPSYCHOLOGYANTHROPOLOGY. That is, the infor­ma­tion tech­nol­ogy — no mat­ter how pow­er­ful — is ‘merely’ an ENABLER. You can wire your­self up until you are blue in the face (and broke)…but in the end it’s a peo­ple game.”
