As I was surfing the internet today, I came upon a moving blog entry by Tom Peters. In the entry titled Black Dogs, Loved ones, Etc., I felt like inscribing the following words to my heart and brain:

The best thing a leader can do for a Great Group is to allow its members to discover their greatness.
(How do you Care for your Clients if you don’t Care for one another? Duh!)”
