Pierre, thank you for such great time! I truly enjoy our time together, both in per­son and within the Vir­tual Garden.

What a great name, Vir­tual Gar­den! We humans need words to hold onto our thoughts and our feel­ings, and it is only appro­pri­ate that we give each impor­tant Ba a name.

I am writ­ing this now at Steel­case Japan Work­life Show­room. The Work­life Show­room is a good name for this place, because the peo­ple in this place are the liv­ing show­room ele­ments along with things and how things are arranged to cre­ate fun and com­fort­able envi­ron­ment to team together.

In Japan, giv­ing any Ba a name is not a com­mon excer­cise among work­ers. But since it is very impor­tant to under­stand what we do, to remem­ber the pur­pose and goals of being there, I will start pro­mot­ing this excercise.
