What a great name, Virtual Garden! We humans need words to hold onto our thoughts and our feelings, and it is only appropriate that we give each important Ba a name.
I am writing this now at Steelcase Japan Worklife Showroom. The Worklife Showroom is a good name for this place, because the people in this place are the living showroom elements along with things and how things are arranged to create fun and comfortable environment to team together.
In Japan, giving any Ba a name is not a common excercise among workers. But since it is very important to understand what we do, to remember the purpose and goals of being there, I will start promoting this excercise.
